All visitors are subject to a bag check before boarding the Lane Victory.
Prohibited items include but are not limited to:
Outside food/beverage, glass containers of any kind, pets, bicycles, skateboard/scooters, weapons of any kind.
With so much to see and do, we recommend at least two or three hours onboard to get the most out of your Lane Victory experience!
We are a smoke-free vessel.
There are no designated smoking areas onboard.

The SS Lane Victory is located at the end of Miner Street in the Port of Los Angeles.
Located within 30 miles of other attractions and hotels in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas.
There is parking available directly adjacent to the museum. Parking at the SS Lane Victory is free.

This rate provides admission to the museum during normal museum hours (10am – 4pm, last admission at 3pm).
Reservations must be made for your group at least one week in advance.
Groups must be no less than 10 students/youth, no exceptions.
Chaperones are required.
At least one chaperone for every ten students.
Our Docent staff is 100% composed of Lane Victory volunteers, therefore times and days are limited and non-negotiable.
Once a tour is requested, the Docent assigned to lead the group will select the areas that will be toured based on the size of the group and space availability.
Following the Docent-led tour, guests are free to stay onboard and continue with their self guided tour.
All Docent tours are 1 hour in duration, and offered at select times and dates.

This is because during our last sea trials in preparation for cruises, a number of steam generating tubes in the port boiler failed.
This process is estimated by our contractors to take quite some time and cost us a tremendous amount of money (in the $4M range).
We invite you to visit the SS Lane Victory and tour the ship and museums as she will remain open on Wednesdays from 12pm to 6pm, and weekends from 9am to 5pm.
